Kerry Osborne & Dean Osborne are long-standing Territorians, having arrived in the NT more than 30 years ago.  Like many, they found while travelling around Australia, a 'brief stop over' in Alice Springs turned into 14 years in the Red Centre and a further 20 in the Top End, which has spurred a lifelong love of the Territory.

In 1987, Kerry & Dean started their own electrical company, Electronic Control Systems, a company that went on to carry out exceptional electrical project work, both small and large scale, in Alice Springs, Darwin and in remote communities across the Top End.

After several large residential electrical projects, the brothers branched into residential development in 1994, with their first project being a 9-pack unit complex in Lyndevale Drive, Larrapinta. They went on to complete 15 more residential projects in Alice Springs before relocating to Darwin in 1999.

Since their move to Darwin, Kerry & Dean have been involved in a variety of large scale projects, both residential and commercial, most notably, the luxury, resort-style complexes; Hastings Over Mindil and Spirit on The Avenue. More recently they have acted in consulting roles to assist with large scale high end tenders making it from the drawing board to reality.

Their commitment to the quality of their projects has also lead to their continued residence at Hastings Over Mindil for the past 15 years, as well as the establishment of their building management company, Remmah Properties, which provides Caretaking services within the Salonika Precinct.

Both brothers have enjoyed expansive careers in the Territory's electrical, development, and construction industries and their collective experience, insight and immersion in the Territory way of life has lead to an in depth understanding of development in the Territory.

Both Kerry and Dean are firm believers of the adage "Built In the Territory, For the Territory, By Territorians."
